Very friendly staff with great local knowledge. Beautifully decorated room with climate control, a safe and multi-channel television, and large bed. Great food for breakfast in the restaurant.

Wide varieties of cheap food at breakfast. Really kind and polite stuff always on hand. Marvellous location right by one theme parks; early check-in. Also, close to ado bus shuttle & busses to take you to hotelzone beach area.

Wi-Fi was weak.

We had a modern and huge room with a clean bathroom. The hotel was in the central setting close to ADO bus station.

The location was great, close to the

ADO station and restaurants. It was convenient to explore. The noise from outside was quite disruptive at times, especially from the barking dog nearby.

A bit of an echo chamber!!! Constant noise issues from the carnival atmosphere next door. Hard pillows and late checkout policy could use a rethink!!!

The room was comfy and we loved lounging by the pool after a long day exploring. They had a lovely outdoor pool and a small sun terrace for some quiet relaxation. The floor in the room could’ve used a little more attention, but it didn't ruin our time at all. 😊

The location was ideal for our family with grown-up kids. We enjoyed easy access to the nearby attractions and found the pool area a perfect hangout spot. The hotel also had a convenient business center that came in handy for planning our daily adventures.

My kids wished the room had better safety features, especially since we had young ones. It would be great if they installed better balcony barriers for peace of mind.

Recommend it for solo travelers seeking convenience

The pool was a fantastic spot to unwind after long days and the room had all the amenities I needed. The staff was super friendly, especially the front desk who helped me with directions.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but honestly, for what I got, it was still acceptable.

Kavia's got a primo location! It's a hop and a skip from local joints like Mi Habana for bomb coffee and breakfast. The pool is a chill spot.

The reception crew could learn a thing or two about customer service. They were more 'meh' than 'merry. ' Had some hiccups with the room too, like a funky smell that took forever to resolve.
